Travel Team Schedules
Please click here for the NWCSA Schedule. The CSA Lightning Safety/Severe Weather Policy can be accessed here.
Remember that the home team (listed first on the game schedule) is responsible for sending a copy the white copy of both game sheets by Tuesday following the weekend games. Text to 1.780.712.2648 or email to email@example.com.
The host team is responsible for distributing the game times and locations in advance of each weekend. The earlier the better but by the Tuesday prior to that weekend by 5:00pm.
- Coaches and managers must have a Criminal Record Check on file with EMSA.
- Managers should have rosters submitted to Nicole Pacholok by May 7 (tentative date) and a copy of all players' birth certificates on hand for matches. If any changes are made, please provide Nicole with an updated roster before Soccerfest (zones).
- A jersey deposit of $100 per player must be collected before jerseys are given out.
- Please click here for the schedule for pictures when it is available. Order forms will be available under the Pictures tab or from coaches.
- EMSA season-end BBQ's are on the last nights for house league: teams are invited on their scheduled practice night.
Please refer to Coaches on the main menu for additional information.
2016 Travel team registration fees were adjusted to cover the cost of registration in the Camrose Night Classic as well as either the Sherwood Park Classic or the Slurpee Cup. This allows EMSA to coordinate registration for all teams to participate in two tournaments and eliminates the need for teams to seek sponsorship for tournament registration fees. Teams considering seeking additional sponsorship are to contact Nicole Pacholok for more information: no fundraising is to be undertaken without EMSA approval. If you are seeking sponsorship on behalf of a Travel Team, the U8-U12 Festival or for Equipment/Jerseys, please access the Sponsorship Request Form by clicking here.
All Travel teams will be registered by EMSA in the Camrose Night Classic. The Travel Director will work with Travel teams and EMSA Treasurer to register in either the Sherwood Park Classic or the Slurpee Cup. Teams wishing to enter a third tournament are to contact Nicole Pacholok.
- Sherwood Park Tournament
- Camrose Night Classic
Zone Festivals are scheduled for June 25/26 with Tier 4 Rural Provincials July __.

Feedback for Referees
Referees and assistant referees assigned to games in the North West Central Soccer Association have been trained and accredited by the Alberta Soccer Association. They attend a mandatory refresher to maintain their accreditation. If you have positive comment for the referee, please pass it on directly to the referee. If you have questions or comments about how a referee has interpreted the laws of the game or would like to pass on comments to the referee supervisor, please contact the Travel Director. Do not address the referee directly: EMSA has zero tolerance for abuse of officials.
